But from what I could pick up from that very bad quality vid is:

It took a lot of hist to kill an enemy.

The weapons looked very spammy, i noticed very little Hitscanning going on.

The shock rifle is much faster with smaller shock balls.

Nice soundFx.

Big fat maps.
--Boring city after 3 months of release date, when everyone is been owned by the usual suspects and are now playing halo3, leaving the servrs empty. Dru we gonna need Agigation ported over to UT3, pronto!

Maybe it was the quality of the clip, but it looks very, very hard to spot anything in such a detailed enviroment, overblown with needless detail, that figures a fat zero to the left in gameplay.

Dunno... but so far I'm not holding my breath.

Most of those vids are being played by people who don't even know gaming much ... let alone someone with half my skills. Some vids are being played on PS3, how the holy fook to you play a fast paced game with a GAMEPAD is what I want to know.

There was a lot of spamming because the people don't know the meaning of hitscan dominance, or how to fire a shock beam (admittedly, I was the exact same way before I started playing online).

And of course it's gonna takes a lot of hits when you're doing 20 damage per 5 rockets due to poor aim.

Man, get ME in one of those vids, I'd teach them how the average player plays the game!

Why don't you just let Ut4 die and rename your new game to someting more HALO orientated?

Stop trying to turn UT into something else and keep telling us it's still UT, if we believe the Mark Reign hyperbolic bs, then Vista is the Ultimate OS....

My excitement for the game has been steadily dying since early 2006 when everyone was hoping the game's release was imminent.

Looks like another console port - Vegas???. I've given up hope on it - that way when it comes out there will be no disappointment.

Epic disclose nothing, except in a console mag FFS and gives the PC fans the middle finger, all the while deleting everything on their "Official forums".

Mark Rein was evangelising the PC as a gaming platform last year. Now with "Dollars of War" the console game, they've kinda gone quiet. There seems to be a lot of effort being put into GOW maps and patches - don't see much UT3 happening...

With the supposed extra dollop of a single player element, here's to hoping this doesn't turn out to be a "Quake 4".

You're right about one thing thou....

CONSOLE seems to be dominating Epic atm..... They see a HUGe sustainable future in consoles, i mean they don't have to do any leg work, Microshit does that for them with the 360 blitz and monopolosing OEM dels done behind closed doors...

epic know a winner when they see one....

There in bed with Microshit, that much is as clear as a bell.... talking up Vista when in fact it's shit, talking up GoW on the 360, etc....

I personally could not care less wen it comes out...
