I'm still writing a How-Tow for the method I use to make demos from UT4, but regardlessa lot of the stuff i will cover is covered here in this htread on Atari Forums.
Pay particular attention to the: DUMP FRAMES section,

Section 2: Codecs;
Awesome codec pack, wich includes some players as well as user guides, keep in mind that for the installer to work you need to un-install any codedcs you may have on your system.

Well I gave it a crack....
I followed the atari tutorial and was able to dump a binch of screenshots and used Virtualdub to create a movie.
Here's where it got diffucult....the entire clip was only 4 seconds yet the .avi was 270mb (need a bit of help compressing it me thinks). Now I wouldnt have minded the 270mb, but it turns out the 270mb clip is just a black screen....
Anywho, ill just wait til your tutorial is completed I think gammo....

Also im making a very detail section of how to compress it all.. and get results like the last ones I posted...

here 2k... download the 6.03Pro version then in VirtualDub select;
Mpeg4 Video Codec Version 3
Configure the Kilobit ratio in the settings to what ever you like, the bigger the ratio the bigger the filesize, lees compression....
