Execellent free net monitor. I like this one mainly cause it has a built in Tracert function, so you don't have to go into your "Run" command and bring up the "cms" MS-DOS Dialog.
So you can easily identify waht ping you gonna get off your network to our server.
Read up on it, it's very good for indetifing if you have hidden Spudware that's sapping your precious bandwidth, after wich you can use the Task Manager/anti-software to end the process and get rid of it.
