Ok, figured it out.
For all those that wanted to call me a liar, heres proof.

Now whats needed right now to make it work.
Apparrently epic left the debug version running, thats why I could run it on my main pc with debug kernel installed.

I did a clean x64 install and got the same error that everyone else did.
the fix is to go to the ms site at:
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtoo...tall64bit.mspx

And yes that works for intel as well.,
Install it.
run windbg you just installed.
open file, open executeable
Pick the unreal exe
now keep hitting f5 until you get the ut3 graphic, then just wait
Game should run

if you got a problem running it in xp64 bit xfire me playing the demo now  :]

Been playing last night and this morning.

It looks great and runs really well.  Actually runs better for me than 2k4.  

It's fun too.  

The whole server browser seems a bit 'consoley', but the actual game itself is really good.  I'm impressed so far.

We just need some OZ servers now.  Sick of owning noobs on the otherside of the world.  

Well the game wouldnt run on my desktop - it loaded a map and then crashed everytime =/ But it works pretty well on my laptop and looks sexy.

Its actually quite fun to play to! But it will definately take some getting used to to get good at I think.

I agree with jazz - the server browser is ugly =/

Getting it to run took some effort. My hardware would lag out severely when a new effect was loaded. Map crashed shortly after.

There is no dodgejump and barely a Double jump.

What little gameplay I got, the flak is deadly, and the 1st time I used the Sniper scope, Headshot.

Unless the unstableness is fixed, the mania will have to wait.
