HENCE the term RIP-OFF!!!
This so called cable extreme, is just "unplugged" bandwithd speed over exisiting networks, nothing more.
In other words, this speed is available across 90% of the Australian network, but in the Grand Australian tradition of screwing the customer for everything they got, it get's marketed into a niche market for rich boys to play with.....
We have along way to go, for a true democracy.
