Ah the fellas that kick me butt.  Thanx for the welcome.  Enjoyed the games.  I know im a noob, but I would like the clan to consider me joining.  Not the fastest and not the slowest around but consistant.  Can be relied on.  Dont mind waiting if required and it does not phase me if the answer is no.  Ill still play.  At the end of the day however, would like to become a kAoS member.  Leave it with ya....

Hey you are most welcomed to join, by all means. We used to have all these different ways to recruit and accept players into the clan, because we would be having clan games on a nightly basis.... Ahhhh Good old UT2004, those were the days......

So the way we do it now, is quite simple really....

You show up and play, you ask to join, you join.

Done!

In your game goto your Settings tab and hit the Player menu and enter the caln tag;  kAoS, like the picture shows...




I will update your forum status to reflect your clan membership, but that bit comes after you have settled in and have been with us a while, as it's the final part of becoming full-time kAoS.

I merged your two topics together to avoid confusion, now to answer your criteria question;

We do have a bit of criteria lying around sumplace.....

The main things:  PLAY, get on the server a few nights a week and rumble... organised your games with these forums if you have to, like post in the section "Quic'kfix" that you're gonna be on the server from such and such.....

You will almost always find Druzilla, Disko or me on there.... the other clan members show up but not as regulary....

Other stuff to keep in mind and perhaps our greatest defining quality as a Clan is, good sportmanship.

Nothing more disgusting then boasting your wins and crying your loses!

You win, type in GG.. you loose type in GG.... simple.

There's a saying, If you want to become the best you have to play against superior opponents. So loosing is all part of winning.

Our server is always been public (Going on 5 years now) and we welcome everyone from anywere to rumble on there, that does not mean we have license to be rude or arrogant.

I'm starting to ramble, but you can see how seriously we take Good Sportmanship on the server, it is of utmost importance.

Of course that does not mean we will lie down and die when pushed, fuck with us and we will skull fuck you. We have a track record to prove it.

As a clan were very tight most members have been here for over 4 years.

You will need it. Once you have it, send me a Private Message (PM) here on the forums and I'll hook you up to our private TS server.

Not sure why, but its only been the last week or so that I have seen the kAoS server.  Didnt realise that it existed.  What got my attention was the ping  40-60, hence a visit a few days ago....we all know what means to an online gamer....I wouldnt be suprised if 'more' visited...
