Thoughts on adding one sniper map? I also thought 'yard' was popular...not, so maybe delete and insert an old Unreal99 map?

I'm not sure what is going on, but new maps refuse to download... it must have something to do with changes to the server side of things.

You need to download and install this map manually into your game, it won't download off the redirector.
