downloading utcomp verXXXX ERROR: cannot open file.

fault at my end? fresh xp64 +sp2, .net framework, new drivers, new ut3 install and patch 5.

did i miss something?

fixxed. BUT im on nightshift for awhile then driving to briz for the winternats!
