Australia's First Vctf Server

Hi All,

I'm eXeTeL's UT2004 Server Administrator and am slowly making my way around the clan forums to inform you that we have launched Australia's First Vehicle Capture the Flag Server.

The Server is located in Sydney and has the capacity to hold 20 players.

This is the only server of its kind in Australia at this stage and we would love to see the GameMode take off as it has in America.

To Play on the Server the IP and Port as are as follows: 220.233.0.132:7777

It would be appreciated that you support the server and get this GameMode going in Australia.

kool ys.. i will too...

We have been running VCTF maps on our server as a votable gametype since the very firts maps came out, from day one.... u could say we started it here in AUS....we were the first to run them and have keept them on since..... but not as a dedicated server.... and its been quite popular tooo....

Update: The new map cycle has been uploaded.

But redirect isn't working :(

So download the maps beforehand and support the server

Well on a third party forum the Head Games Admin of the EGC has said that if VCTF doesn't take off and the Exetel Users want (insert Gametype [most likely ONS]) then unfortunately the server changes ....sigh.

So if you want to keep this GameMode going, get onto the server!

Not a bad server. As there a quite a few of here at kAoS who like playing VCTF it would be a good platform to use.
