Godfather is a pathetic bully.
He should be fucking a shamed of what he made Instigator do.
How come they din't make eXe, sing for his sins?
As far as i can tell, none of these people have any solid eveidence that Instigator hacked, as in, log files or actuall demos. In a court of law, ones admission of guilt is not sufficinet to be judged guilty, unless the prosecution has some actual eveidence to support its accusation.
In our case when we busted eXe, we had solid log file evidence and we had his own submission of guilt to boot.
But not one of those critics, accepted any of it.
Here we have a minor, playing with his aimbot, and here we have a gorup of older babys, bullying him in a cruel, shamefull display of personal insecurities. And they actually think it's fucking kool and hip, to so cruely ridicule this kid.
You should be ashemed of yourselfs for what you have doen to this kid.
Aimboting is one thing, you prove it conclusively, you ban the player in question and you move on, what you and your goons have done, is demostrate your nasty streak. And it sets back the UT community by tenfold steps.....

well rumour has it that they can not prove it was instigator's IP = seemingly random user . . .

I could not care less if he was booting or not... if he was caught on our server then we would deal with it, without the need of approval form the UT community, because such actions do not need approval from anyone when it happens on a private server.
When eXe was exposed it was done here and not in public, because it teh eveidence provided, corresponded to our server not a PUB....
There is a differrence....
Suppossedly instagator was caught on a PUB, deems that to be treated with a little more discretion and only after the cold hard facts have come in, should it be made public.
The fact that zerokool and the Admins at Oceania have let this dammaging thread go on is a worriyng sign from and organisation established to promote this great game in AUS.
There is a lot of issues exposed here by the action of a groupd of kids, that are so far, evading responsability for their extremely immature, damaging and bigotted actions.
As aZZie just said: it now appears that it may of not been him after all.... as they can not determine his Ip, let alone his GUID, let alone the evidence of any log files or demos...
This has the all too familiar Iraq Invasion Syndrome...
Preamtive strike with ZERO fucking evedence to sustain and back up your initial claims for the strike.
Oceanina needs to take reponsability for that thread and it needs to bring into focus a sustained method of dealing with what just happened..... if after all the wellbeign of the UT Community is really at the core of all this.... and not the ego of a few kids who actually think there hot shit.

What we are arguing here is disctinctly different to sticking up for someone suppossedly accussed of haxing and admiting it....
we do not approve of the treament you have received over this whole affair, but by the same token we do not approve of what they say you did.... We are not reacting like this because its you who is in the firing line...
It's a matter of principle....
