i have put together a new signature & want to implement it into place for my forum posts BUT i need some assistance

the finished product is on a Word Doc & i need it to be changed to appropriate format, hosted then a message back to me of the eaxct posting code details required

and for avoidance of doubt, i dont want the whole pregnancy, just the baby so no telling me how to do myself, there r reasons why that cannot be . . . i just want sumone to do it for me!

So, who wants to make me a happy chick?
