Im getting to the point where I can finally start compiling and editing the frags ive been collecting over the last month or so and I was wanting some advice on what program I should use.
At the moment I have a copy of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects 6.5, but are they the best options? Ive heard good things about Vegas Video also, and Im sure there are loads of other programs out there.
What program did you use for your movie 2k? And gammo, what program are you currently using/plan to use for your movie? Id probably lean more towards the programs you two are using cause yous would be able to help me through any problems (well I hope yas would =) )
I want something that's easy to use, but has good features. Any suggestions and advice greatly appreciated =)

VirtualDub
That's all i use.... movie should be about the frags n not the effects....
For sound:
Any freeware Sound file editing application you like to put your soundtrack together, if you are editing it and not jsut dropping a song into the video. Whne done editing sound then synch the audio to video with VirtualDub.
IF ever I need an effect, like a transsition effect or text or credits... MS-Paint... is fine....
Keep da effects down to a minimal level.... concentrate on good frag sequences....
You can make a good quality vid, without ANY BS high-end application with all it's "PRO" bells n whistles.... ffs software advertising is so like 100% BS!!!

Cooool gammo, thanks for the advice. =)
Ive got Adobe Audition 1.5 for the soundtrack, its surprisingly easy to cut up tracks and add fade in and fade out effects to the songs.
Never knew MS-Paint had another purpose other then a place to copy a Print-Screen to, so Ill look into maybe using that lol
Might still look into Premiere Pro or something similar as well cause there are a few frags Ive collected that would look great as a dual screen showing two perspectives and some other effects Ive seen used in the collection of movies Ive downloaded recently that would be perfect.
