This is what Ive got done on the movie Im working on so far. The intro is really amatuerish and Im not sure if the music really fits in well with the frags (if that makes any sense?) Admittadedly its quite short, Im looking for another 5 mins or so of clips at least (which will prolly take me about a month =( )

Oh and dont point out that the 1st person and 3rd person shots of the headshot on gades in rankin are separate cause I know already...

Im also seriously considering recapturing all the shots using the cool new RypeLcam gammo found so the final product could look COMPLETELY different

But anyway what do yas think of it so far? Any shots I should leave out? Whats the flow of kills like? Is the music any good? Would using RypeLcam be worthwhile?

liked this music but did not personally think it fitted the fragging (but what do i know about all this

Nah nah I think youre onto something with the music flow aZZie, I was thinking the exact same thing. And the flow of the frags needs to be adjusted a bit....alot.

I was actually considering using the Denis Leary - Im an asshole song again in this movie as well but the song isnt long enough to cover the whole movie and I couldnt find another song that would follow on from it without sounding out of place...but Ill keep looking lol

Would redoing most all shots with the new RypeLcam be worth it at this point?

OK, I agree with aZZie in the music department... it does not fit the scenes at all.... it's melodic power rock a bit of old fashioned AOR.. wich I personally hate.. DAMM YOU MICHEL BOLTON U GHEY MOTHERFUCKER!!!!!

wer waz I... ok A lot of the frags do not fit in either... all the CTF IG is jsut no good... there is nothing espectacualr there and it remined me of Intouch's so-called movie wer so many of his frags, wer not frags at all but just hits.... 0_o wateva dat's suppossed to mean wihtin a frag movie is beyond me...

OK Seriously...

THe opening Heady is awsome, don't repeat it, just choose your prefered angle and have only one instance of it.... there is no need to repeat so many frags... you will get lamponed for time-filling.... RypelCam it...

The next one, the Achilles Goo shot is a ripper.... again, choose your perefered take, as with all you double plays... once is engoouht... =] RypelCam it...

The Campgrounds heady.. (Again on me.. grrrr) is very kool too... in which the second shoot you did is a better angle then the first... RypelCam it..

The Insta in Citadel, looks good, but has no place in the movie, seriously... mainly because you neither steal the flag or cap it.. so it goes no were...

The double Rox on R@ge & 2K is a ripper.... a definative stayer.. but needs more work in the camera it's a good 2 kills.. were the camera has to emphasize it.. so try a few different perspectives for that one...

The Goo in Rankin on aZZie is a corker... very nice frag... followed by da heady on dru.. a nice double kill... here I would seriously recommend Rypel'sCAM.. the second take of the Goo is good... were the camera den, perhaps, moves down to the shock area to cacth the heady on Dru...

The Shred Heady and the Agitation Rox & da Grendel heady.. are ok, but not stayers...

The Shock Combo in Lee.. is good, the second take is better then the first...

The Insta MultiKill in CTF_MAul is good, but not spectacular, even thou you returned the flag... it jsut does not fit in with the Normal Weapons stufff....

The Falk Grenead in Shred, is very kool.. the second take gives it real ommph...

The Dirty Mexican is not good...

Nor is the MultiKill Shock Combo in Shred to take the 100a... bottom of the barrel der d00d.... lol

The Agitation Heady on Danz.. is a ripper... find a good RypelCam for that one....

Same with the Gades heady in Rankin... very nice... second take is better.. RypelCam it..

THe next one on Dru in Shred is out....

The Flak to steal the 100a in Greendel.. drop it.. lol... that happens everytime theres more then 2 peps on the server.. =]

Last one is ok, RypelCam it.. to bring it out a bit more....

Not been harsh.. but I know sometimes one get's attached to particualr shots... for watever personal reasons... but sumtimes there not that good.. well at least not Vid good...

I suggest you get your carcass on the server more... and get sum more kool frags..... with the ones you have... most will benifit from using RypelCam....

Oh wow gammo awesome feedback, thanks man.

Youre spot on with some of the kills about scraping the bottom of the barrel.... espcially with the insta stuff lol. The problem I have at the moment is I work at nights (usually 8 or 9pm onwards til midnight sometimes 1) which means I only get too play during the day which means insta insta insta cause thats all thats played. If you look at my demos folder there are about 100 iCTF demos and very few NW deathmatches lol

Ill definately look into using RypeLcam now, just gotta spend a day or two getting used to it and learning everything.

Ive also been looking at different codecs in VirtualDub and the XviD MPEG-4 looks great at the moment. It runs at a perfectly smooth 30 FPS and I added a Sharpener filter of 22 and 2:1 image reducer at high quality. The size is quite small too, at 4.5MB for 8 seconds. Might post some clips using this codec later to see what yas think.

Ill keep my ears open for some new music that could work better too.
