Another league?

I, along with clan SiC, are thinking about trying one more league out. We understand that UT2004 is dying off, but we really think this could work.

If we can get the intrest of enough clans, we're willing to setup a 4v4 or 5v5 DDOM league.
This will be a Normal weapons league.

Now, before this kicks off, I need idea's on what people want. Remember, this is a league FOR the people.

So, thoughts?

if it is Gamespace league forget it the way they setup them up its ridiculous & who do you know plays DDOM??? well i used to in the UT2003 days when there was alot of ppl around::pisse::

Druzilla. I'm yet to work out who'll host it. There is also Game Arena, and OUT. I'm sure if I got Dog and ZK in a TS room, we could work something out.

Also, why DDOM? Because I've never actually seen a DDOM league. It would also bring something new to UT2004. I mean, how many laegues have there been that have just been DM/TDM/CTF?

I'd run a poll on oceania, gamespace & gamearena to see if they would prefer BR or DDOM league or you could do one now an another later

There is another idea that's popped up.

What about a multi gametype league? The challengers choose what gametype they want, and the opponent gets to choose if they wanna play, and whether or not they like the selected gametype.

THey have all been CTF... the Gamspace TDM was a livid joke..... that died in the arse, even before it started........

I know niether of those gametypes were as popular as CTF or ONS, but br definately had more players than ddom ever did, and it still has a few servers running where as ddom, is and always was pretty much dead in ut2k4...
