yea the good old days... when jsg vannila was the place to be :P camping in maul with flak:D
servers full like in 2 am in the morning :(
miss the good old days... but at least now I can do better in my studies

I miss those days too. I remember when ae.dude (back then, he was fear.dude) would hop on a server and mop the floor with everybody, including myself. And when he got a manta in an onslaught match, it got pretty messy.

I also remember when our own YuFooked kept killing everybody in instagib.

Wonder what new memories 2007 will bring.

I can't wait!!!!! btw what ever happened to YuFooked?, or fooki, as he was also known....

I hope they keep the lightning gun in ut2007....i know they've kept rockets, flak and shock (my other 3 favourites lol) but there was talk of dicthing the lg and just keeping the sniper *shudders*

man, i remember fooky...u still see him around but very rarely...he was the first guy i remember on instamulti that made me go...omg that guys fkn leet. He would always vote for spirit and beat everyone by like 30 frags...top bloke to. ::duckusucker::

they are getting rid of the lg in ut2k7 which realy sucks, and they have suggested it will be replaced by a more ut99 style sniper gun. Although i read in a recent preview in pc powerplay that there are 3 weapons they still havnt released any infomation about yet...so fingers crossed.

Either way i still cant fkn wait for ut2k7...sick of the same old shit in this community...bit of new blood will realy do it good. Lets just hope everyone embraces them instead of the usual "omg fuk off noob" comments im becoming accustomed to and scare them all of to q4 or bf2..

i guess time will tell... :-P

LG requires skill...

n00bs dun have the time to get skilled....

Epic need to make money....

n00bs have lots of money....

Skilled peps.. are in the moniroty so dey can go get fucked....

IF UT2007 DOES NOT have an LG... then I quit UT for good... not gonna go and take steps backwards, jsut cause Epic want to make a shitload of money.... n make a game that has the n00b element running thourght it stronger then skill...

That's the prob with UT3 & UT4... there are almost infinite levels of skill you will run into agaisnt different palyers... meaning that the ones that play very seriously, are totally so far apart from the rest.. that the rest just give up go play something simple were they too can get a kill and feel good about their efforts. (Like Insta)

Just like ANY Quake game or W0W, BF2, etc...... there all simple, point & click NO reflex based action, just slow as hell meandering around till you shoot someone...

Put it to joos this way.... if you want to say:

I play UT with skill then stay with UT4 or go to Europe.
