David Hicks is over there with no proof of anything, execept he was trying to cacth a Taxi at a bus stand in Afghanistan, nearly four years ago.

And after that investigation 4 Corners concluded that David Hicks is been held unjustly and unlawfully in Guatanamo Bay. THe charges are NOT susbstancial and are most problably fabrications.
