If you have a sound recording programm, like Perfect Sound Recorder, then you just search for your sound, then play it and as you play it, you 'record' it.
Done!
Keep in mind that if oyu want the high fidelity versions you have pay for them.
But set your ercorder to record "What-You-Hear"and save the recordings as WAV files. Voila! you now have a sourced LoFi SoundFX recorded in HiFi.
