i dont really think its all that practicle though. Can u imagine how tired your arm would get even after half an hour!

Its a step in the right direction. But there is no way that would be effecttive. There was no a single dodge in there that I could see.

Very interesting device there, but no way it would work for ut. You saw the guy struggling with his turns, there's only so far he could turn before having to turn the other way again.

Probably the ultimate excercise for your arm though.
