Don't do it.

Of course it looks FUKIN AWSOME!!! But remember, its like purchaseing a HUGE V8. It might be super powerful, but do you wanna spend the $$$$$ on the fuel even when you are not dragging?

Getting a 24" means you will forever more need some serious horse power to drive it.

16:10 = widescreen
4:3 = normal aspect

17" 4:3 = 1280x1024 = 1 310 720 pixels
19" 4:3 = 1280x1024 = 1 310 720 pixels
20" 16:10 = 1680x1050 = 1 764 000 pixels
22" 16:1- = 1680x1050 = 1 764 000 pixels
24" 16:10 = 1920x1200 = 2 304 000 pixles
30" 16:10 = 2560 x 1600 = 4 096 000 pixls OMFG!!!!!

Going from 19"4:3 to 24"16:10 = 75% increase in pixels and therefore 75% more power needed to drive the sucker. Which means you gonna need the latest and the greatest video cards to push the fucking thing.

If you want size, go for the 22", which is still 1680x1050, you won't see any more that a 20", but it will be bigger.

Secondly, if you wanna spend $1300, you may as well buy 3x17" and go triple head to go.

lol wakko you ding dong youd need more grunt to run 3 monitors because you need to have 2 video cards (2 in one card then the 3rd in the other one)

i saw one guy at a lan with a 24" benq once and he was just running everything on full gfx on 800x600 and it still looked insane . i think he had a single 7600 or 7800gt cant remember which one (this was around the time when nfsmw was coming out and all the shizz back then)
