UT3 release date?

Hey lads, apparently UT3 will release in Germany 12th november.

I pre-ordered mine at GAME today and they said it will be realsed there on the 12th as well.  I wonder if they got it right.  I hope so.

My local game store has the release date set for the 22nd November - at least thats what they told me when i preorderd it. At the same time, they said that Crysis is set for release on the 15th, a week earlier.

12th is for Germany. I asked around on my afternoon off from a number of different retailers and heard 15, 16, 30th and early December. This is from Game, EB Games, JB HiFi and DSE. No one seems to know.

Apparently the EB games in my town is saying 31st. Also, doesn't seem to be the DVD version. GRRRR

WHAT?!? ur kidding, right? u mean they r going to ship the game in cd format? So they r tailoring the game towards ppl with power guzzling monster rigs just to deal with the graphics, and yet shipping it for ppl who's steam-powered pc is so outdated that it still hasn't got a dvd drive? How many pcs do they think are out there that have the capacity to run the game but still only have cd drives? i'd say bout 0.2112%

I think that would a collosal fuck up for epic if they did that - what would it be.. 10 cds? more? the 5 cds of 2k4 shit me to tears ever time i had to install it, which was regularly due to my comp's tendency to randomly rape my harddrive. 10 cds... i can see myself throwing one in a fit of rage after another install is needed, and then never being able to play again....

There is no way they will ship it on CD's.  No way.  If that is the case then I will be forced to return the CD version when the DVD version comes out.  That is bullshit if it happens.
