Gammo ,I know my problem is to high bitrates when encoding.VLc player don't like more than 10000kb/s MY was 17000kb/s when I drop it kb/s lower play ok check this out.

Problem solved it waz my frame rate i chenge from 60 to 29.9
OK just install Carbon Coder works beauty.perfect...1080p rez noproblem with vlc player check this out:
