UT3 phail because too many people whinged about it instead of playing it.
Back on subject, if we may have to move games, chances are games like COD4 or BF2 might be it. Sure, there's probably a lot less skill involved. But at least you can't blame your lack of skill for losing in these games (this time, it will be lousy teamstacking, etc). So it won't be as exciting as UT, but it will be less stressful too.
