This is a nice gigaswitch Router and its got a Login Client For BigPond Cable so yo dont have to use the login pad.

But your motherboard would have to support gigabit or you just have to go and buy a gigabit??? or does it work with both???

giga-network cards are $40 now and most new motherboards come out with a giga-bit onboard card this days.
This will not make your Internet connections faster lol.
just you home Network/lan.

hang on can we find out if they include a way of stacking them and if so how high?...my d-link 8 port switch cant stack....

well i just got one as my 7 port router is playing up.picking it up friday.
My kids are not happy the cant go to disney online lol.

As far as stacking them.. best shoot is that they are all the same brand and model.. and that they support stacking..

uderwise fork out $800+++++ for a 24 port giga swicth hub....

that sounds indeed good ....but if it supports stacking(rage will see in the manual when he gets it)...i will attempt to get one for my home network.....been wanting one for ages.

but for the moment...howd you fix it rage?? like right now.......

Yeah I still got the 24 port 10/100...

but let us know how good this one you got is......

if sirro gets one, and i get one, then thats 12 ports, maybe dru will gt one too.. then we are in bussiness........

PS: But I might be able to get a 24 giga swicth on LOAN.. but don't hold your breath on it... tis only a very remote possibility.. dat may actually not pan out.... we will see wat happens..

works good ezy to setup 5 minutes and all your pc's are on the net.
I dont see any info on stacking.
i will have to find out on the net.
