The massive chamber with the mancubus' is my favorite part. Those things are freaken huge.

I love this game, sorry for my absense but ive been hooked to this. When i get multiplayer-withdrawl symptoms ill come back to ut2004. Multiplayer in doom3 isn't particularily great.

you wont be needing an x800... I can get 40 frames out of my 9600 PRO.

And another thing, I only have 256 megs of SD-ram on my setup, but it still works fine. Levels take about a minute to load, but it runs great. The minimum system requirements said atleat 384 megs of ram. They got it so wrong ...

And why can't we just use UT2004 VoIP for voice chat? It works fine on the GameArena servers and i find it consumes a bit less bandwidth ...

i've done it for a while, but i find i actually play better with more detail. It helps me recognise areas of the map easier, and i can definently judge distances better with stuff like foilage and detail textures (bumps) as a guide.

The only detail i never turn on for playing reasons is coronas ...

guys, doom 3 multiplayer has a max of 4 players per game (like the original doom).

You can have games but only duels, 2vs2 and 4-way free for all games will work.
